Growing together The PRN Pharmacist will perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders. Interpret physicians' prescriptions and create orders, access, input, and retrieve prescription information from computer system, verify whether orders are reimbursable. Consult with customers, patients, nurses and/or physicians regarding best use of medications, potential drug interactions, side effects and dosing recommendations. The pharmacist will be accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operations of all aspects within the pharmacy. This includes patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, personnel management, financial profitability, and workflow management. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
