Real Estate - Right of Way Specialist

Our dynamic and successful Right of Way Group is seeking a full-time Real Estate - Right of Way Specialist. This position is based in our Minneapolis, MN office. As a Right of Way Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing for and negotiating the acquisition of property and right of ways for transportation and facility projects.

Responsibilities

* Work with property owners, public agency staff and the public in explaining right of way activities and may negotiate terms and compensation for acquisition or sale.

* Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

* Real Estate experience preferred.

* Excellent people skills.

* Very detailed oriented and well organized.

* Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills.

* Proficiency in several computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.

* Minnesota Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment. SRF will support this pursuit.
