Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time - Day Shift

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, tenants, and/or shoppers by carrying out site-specific procedures, property rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, storefront corridors, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and assist with directions, general information, and other support needs in a retail and residential community location.
• Document daily activities, unusual occurrences, and maintenance and/or security-related issues, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is a primarily driving post.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
