Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including entrances, sales floor areas, exterior perimeter, and parking areas, as assigned.
• Monitor for unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and help to deter theft-related and other concerning activity through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Support access control, closing procedures, and/or after-hours checks for designated areas such as receiving, stock, and loading zones, based on site needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
