Security Morning Officer - Housing Association Patrol Driver

As a Security Morning Officer - Housing Association Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Patrol Officer in a driving post, where you will monitor and patrol a residential location, help to deter security-related incidents, and support residents with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will stay active on routine patrols, respond to site needs, and represent a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to people-first service with integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor traffic, assisting with entry procedures and reporting unusual or suspicious activity.
• Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with residents, visitors, and/or local responders during routine activities and incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
