SUMMARY:

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will have a working knowledge and experience with sports and entertainment sponsorships, account management and executing sponsor activations and programs. The candidate will contribute to the overall service of corporate partnerships for the New England Patriots, New England Revolution, Gillette Stadium, and Patriot Place.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. In coordination with Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships, manage the growth and strategy of the Corporate Partnerships team
  2. Manage members of the Corporate Partnerships team including, providing coaching, development, scheduling, work assignments and performance evaluations
  3. Serve as primary account manager for New England Patriots, New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium corporate partners
  4. Proactively develop innovative ideas to add value to partnerships
  5. Build relationships with key corporate contacts at all levels and across a variety of functions to help advance the partnership
  6. Liaison with outside vendors to provide partners and internal parties with sponsorship valuations and impression analyses
  7. Work closely with Corporate Sales, Premium Seating, and Sales Operations to ensure partners' objectives are met
  8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  9. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • 4-6 years of experience in sport sponsorship account management and demonstrated managerial experience


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong PowerPoint and Photoshop skills
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the contact of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
