What you'll do and what you'll bring: Position Function: The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) serves as a part-time primary care provider within the Interprofessional Community Clinics' Healthy Lifestyle Center delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan while supporting the mission of the Interprofessional Community Clinics. This role integrates clinical practice with education and collaboration, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and whole-person health. The FNP evaluates, diagnoses, and manages acute and chronic conditions, provides health education, and coordinates care, while also serving as a clinical mentor to students in an interprofessional learning environment. Through active participation in team-based care and community engagement, the FNP contributes to improving health outcomes and expanding access to quality healthcare services in East Central Indiana.
