Job Title: AWM - Operations - PWM Ops Managed Account Svs - Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84111 Your Impact: Are you looking to apply your skills in the wealth advisory business and work with internal and external portfolio managers across a variety of investment products? Our Managed Account Services team is seeking a professional who can collaborate with portfolio managers, PWM teams, and related groups to support the PWM managed account program. Our Impact: Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients globally. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, and every transaction completed, Operations develops the processes and controls that enable business flow. Role & Responsibilities: The Analyst/Associate will: Liaise with PWM teams, internal and external portfolio managers, Compliance, and various Operations teams Set up and maintain managed accounts Oversee account setup and transaction processing Perform position and activity reconciliations Maintain account status and attributes Manage account terminations with portfolio managers Assist PWM teams and clients with managed account investments Coordinate fundings, withdrawals, trading requests, and account attribute changes Perform tax harvesting activities Support the launch of new separate account strategies Assist with ADV mailing for external portfolio managers Mitigate risk across the managed account platform through process improvements How You Will Fulfill Your Potential: Assist PWM teams and clients with investments in managed accounts Coordinate with portfolio managers on fundings, withdrawals, trading requests, and account changes Perform reconciliations to mitigate risk Drive process improvements to enhance risk control across the platform Education: Bachelor's Degree
