Job Purpose: We're seeking a Mid-Level Integration Solutions Analyst to join our global ERP Center of Excellence. In this role, you'll combine story-driven and data-driven analysis to design, build, and maintain automated integration solutions within our proprietary, large-scale ERP environment. You'll translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs-conceptual, logical, and physical-leveraging modern software development (Java, SQL, Python), database architecture, and system integration patterns (REST, event-driven, distributed systems). You will also participate in DevOps processes-implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems. By partnering closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams, you'll ensure your solutions are robust, cost-efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business challenges through both narrative use cases and quantitative data to define integration requirements.
- Develop end-to-end technical designs (conceptual, logical, physical) for ERP-centric integration solutions
- Write, review, and optimize code in Java, SQL, and Python to deliver scalable, maintainable integrations
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven workflows to connect internal and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines; leverage monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus) for proactive production support
- Troubleshoot and debug live systems, rapidly diagnosing and resolving performance or data-quality issues
- Assist with data migration and prototype development to validate solution designs under guidance.
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals and compliance standards
- Document technical specifications, runbooks, and best-practice guidelines to foster team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development or systems integration, preferably within ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, homegrown).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Python; strong understanding of relational database design
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs; familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures.
- Exposure to DevOps tooling (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring/logging frameworks).
- Exceptional analytical skills: translating business stories into data models and technical designs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to upholding social, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
- Willingness to work occasional nonstandard hours, participate in on-call rotations, and travel as needed (local and global).
