Location: Remote (US) Job ID: 47146 HID's Reader Business Unit is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to support the development of the Energy, Utilities & Construction vertical across North America within the Asset and Item Readers segment. This role focuses on driving growth through a combination of direct customer engagement and partner-led execution, working closely with system integrators, OEMs and solution providers. Success in this position requires a commercially driven and operationally credible sales professional with experience in Energy, Utilities & Construction environments, and the ability to engage in field-based, safety-critical and infrastructure-heavy use cases. The RSM will support the execution of the North America go-to-market strategy, build pipeline across priority use cases, and contribute to the development of scalable routes to market across applications such as asset tracking, worker safety, site logistics and infrastructure monitoring. This role requires a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor, capable of managing opportunities, supporting partners and converting pipeline into revenue outcomes. Who are we? The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. The base salary in the United States is $95,000 to $125,000. The OTE is up to $208,000. This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
