As an unarmed officer in a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones at an aero and defense location, noting conditions and reporting concerns according to post procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry or prohibited activity.
• Prepare accurate reports on patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and support ongoing security-related operations in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
