Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a Senior Manager to play a strategic leadership role within our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Technology practice. This individual will lead the design and scaling of technology-enabled GRC solutions that embed Crowe's regulatory and risk management expertise into configurable platforms, such as Archer and LogicGate.

This leader will operate at the intersection of regulatory subject matter, solution architecture, and internal stakeholder leadership. The leader will partner closely with practice leaders, product teams, clients, and technical delivery teams to shape scalable solutions. While the role is primarily internally focused, the Senior Manager will also engage senior and executive leaders at prospective clients in support of strategic sales pursuits. The position requires executive presence, strong solution design capability, and the ability to translate complex regulatory expectations into practical, technology-enabled offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solution Leadership

  • Lead the design and evolution of Crowe developed GRC technology products that operationalize risk and compliance frameworks within configurable platforms such as Archer.
  • Translate complex regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management practices into scalable workflows, data models, reporting structures, and control frameworks.
  • Ensure solutions align with relevant industry guidance (e.g., FFIEC, OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve) while remaining practical and implementation-ready.
  • Apply deep banking regulatory expertise while guiding the extension of solutions into additional regulated industries.

Internal Stakeholder & Requirements Leadership

  • Provide executive-level oversight and direction for requirements definition and solution alignment across internal program leaders, process SMEs, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide teams in structuring and facilitating complex discussions to drive clarity, prioritization, and informed decision-making.
  • Remove organizational and technical barriers that impede progress and ensure alignment across business and technology functions.
  • Establish disciplined analysis and design standards that promote scalability, quality, and consistency across the practice.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the GRC Technology and Products & Automation groups within our Integrated Risk Management consulting practice.

Sales Support & Executive Engagement

  • Support strategic sales pursuits by shaping solution direction and articulating Crowe's risk technology capabilities.
  • Engage senior and executive-level stakeholders at prospective clients during proposals, solution discussions, and presentations.
  • Partner with account leadership to position differentiated, scalable solutions aligned to client regulatory and operational priorities.

People & Practice Leadership

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Promote strong documentation discipline, solution design rigor, and delivery quality.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and market positioning of the IRM Technology practice.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or GRC technology implementation, including significant experience within the banking industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Archer solutions (required).
  • Deep understanding of financial services and banking risk domains, including operational risk, compliance risk, third-party risk, IT risk, and issue management.
  • Demonstrated experience translating regulatory requirements into structured, technology-enabled workflows and system configurations.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and executive stakeholders in client-facing settings.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex, strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
