Project Technology Specialist
Overview The Opportunity As Project Technology Specialist (PTS), you will support and advance technology adoption across the Walbridge enterprise. This role will contribute to the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of construction technologies that enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and innovation. On large, complex projects, you'll embed with the team early-pursuit through preconstruction, mobilization, and early execution-to help launch both new and existing technologies. You'll lead hands-on deployment and training, optimize performance in the field, and complete a structured handoff to project or operations team members for long-term ownership. As a strategic thinker, you'll be required to roll up your sleeves, translate goals into practical solutions, influence adoption, and partner with Walbridge teammates, customers, and vendors to deliver measurable value. As a Walbridge Technology Ambassador, you'll represent our team at industry events and conferences-building relationships, sharing best practices, and strengthening Walbridge's reputation for construction technology leadership. Location You will work from our enterprise Headquarters in Detroit, MI and travel to project job sites across the US Responsibilities Your key responsibilities
