SUMMARY

The Premium Services Intern plays a key role in supporting the Premium Services Food & Beverage department. This hands-on internship provides exposure to front-and back-of- house operations, event planning, and guest service for large-scale, high-profile events. This role directly supports the execution of premium experiences that help maintain Gillette Stadium's esteemed reputation as a premier venue.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  1. Rotate through multiple functional areas within the Premium Services Food and Beverage department, including front-of-house operations, back-of-house support, event setup, and planning meetings.
  2. Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings to stay informed on projects, timelines, and operational priorities.
  3. Support day-to-day operational tasks between events to ensure event readiness and successful execution.
  4. Learn and assist with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), gaining exposure to event preparation, coordination, and execution process.
  5. Assist with event planning activities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and partners.
  6. Serve food and beverages during events with a strong focus on attention to detail, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate closely with the catering and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to quality and service standards.
  8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • This position has no supervisory responsibility



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree or equal technical degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan ahead, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus



PHYSICAL DEMANDS



  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend and be able to lift 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including nights, mornings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations effectively and professionally.



WORK ENVIRONMENT



  • The noise level in the work environment is often loud
  • Will work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold
  • This is a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
