Must Have Technical debugging, project management, basic AI skills, communication skills ABOUT THE ROLE Meta is seeking a Business Analyst CW to support crossfunctional initiatives through clear requirements definition, datainformed insights, and structured execution. In this timebound role, you will work with internal stakeholders to help document business needs, support technical troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to project delivery across multiple workstreams. This position is expected to be performed in alignment with Meta policies and applicable legal requirements for temporary engagements. RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in partnership with crossfunctional stakeholders. Support technical debugging efforts by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, coordinating inputs, and tracking resolution progress. Maintain project plans, status reporting, RAID logs risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and execution documentation. Translate complex technical concepts into clear written and verbal communications for varied audiences. Apply basic AI concepts and tools e.g., promptbased analysis, summarization, lightweight automation to improve documentation and workflow efficiency where appropriate. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow through to closure. Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, wellorganized, and aligned to defined timelines. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3 years of experience in business analysis, technical programproject coordination, operations, or a related role. Demonstrated experience supporting technical debugging or issue triage in collaboration with engineering or technical teams. Project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and status reporting. Basic AI skills e.g., familiarity with AIenabled productivity tools and practical application to analysis and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into structured outputs. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. LOCATION remote Top 3 musthave HARD skills: Project management experience, Technical troubleshooting experience, access management, role based provisioning, security operations Good to have skills: AI experience, building, or automation experience using AI. Stakeholder managementbusiness operations, security Former Meta experience is a plus Years of experience needed: 3 years experience Story Behind the Need Business Group Key Projects: Management of access for vendors depending on job role. Currently sits in security org, but will be transferred to operations team due to the duties of the role. Manages 100,000 vendors, will gain handson experience working with the latest AI tools. Great boost for career Typical Day in the Role:managing access, permissions, creating new plans, tooling support for critical launches for new hires. A lot of time will be spent troubleshooting errors. Will meet with manager and team regularly as well Resume Disqualifiers Must have solid communication skills. Must have med to large stakeholder communication skills. Must have technical troubleshooting experience. Must have security operations experience. How will performance be measured: In addition to day to day, will receive SLAs for actioning tickets troubleshooting.
