The Opportunity :

he role of the Showroom Manager is to maintain and operate an excellent showroom environment by ensuring all products and fixtures are properly displayed and maintained, operational hours are fulfilled, best-in-class immersion programs are planned and executed - all to ultimately, deliver a positive and memorable experience with the SKS brand and products. This person will also play a key role in managing a robust guest and program calendar to meet guest KPI targets by staying on top of all marketing and guest relations events at The Mart, proper showroom staffing and culinary resources to optimize the overall performance of the showroom. As part of the Marketing team, SKS Showroom Managers are expected to represent the luxury brand of LG and manage guest relations at the highest standards.
Showroom Manager


  • Reports to the Sr. Marketing Director for SKS and Builder
  • Responsible for the overall guest experience for all trainings and events at the showroom so they meet the Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) standards of luxury, respect and excellence in addition to identifying the type of program to assign and recommend.
  • Responsible for the daily lead captures and requested demos/appointments with showroom digital tools
  • Provide regularly scheduled management reports on showroom scheduled/adhoc/private appointments/trainings and daily foot traffic
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment to encourage team support
  • Responsible for the scheduling and team execution of all activities within the showroom
  • Ensure products, fixtures, hardware/software tools and workforce policies are up to date
  • Must be prepared to be the SKS Brand Ambassador at The Mart and immediately become an appliance and home living solutions subject matter expert (on SKS) to be an integral part of all training activities onsite
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (eg. Excel and PPT) and familiar with CRM nomenclature
  • Other duties as needed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury brand, in or related to the appliance industry and/or luxury showroom or luxury retail store experience
  • SKS Showroom Hours for Managers: 8:30-5:30 (min) M-F and Saturday


Recruiting Range
$100,000 -$135,000 USD
