What's Expected (Requirements) Previous assembly or manufacturing experience High school diploma or GED (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift Strong attention to detail for quality and accuracy Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or basic equipment Safety-focused mindset - follow PPE and workplace rules Interest in a long-term position with a great company!
