Role:

Responsible for supervising all Cages, promoting outstanding customer service, protecting company funds, and maintaining compliance of all regulations, company policies, and industry standards, during an assigned shift.

Responsibilities:

• Exercises supervisory control over supervisors, main bank, and cashier functions in all designated cage areas.
• Enforces all Company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with state and Federal regulations.
• Oversees preparation of daily bank deposit.
• Safeguards all of the Company's assets in their control.
• Approves and establishes guest credit.
• Observes and evaluates cage personnel.
• Issues memos as required.
• Prepares weekly schedules for cage personnel.
• Interacts with both internal and external guests.
• Observes and assists during shift change in all designated cage areas.
• Other duties may be assigned
