MultiCraft Maintenance Technician - Night Shift (6pm-6am, 223 rotation)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated MultiCraft Maintenance Technician to support our steel pickling & slitting operation on night shift. You'll troubleshoot equipment, handle breakdowns, perform PMs, and keep production running safely. If you enjoy hands-on work and being the go-to when things go down, this could be a great fit.

Training will be completed on day shift before moving to nights, 6:00pm-6:00am, 24/7 bi-weekly rotation.

• Typical annualized earnings potential in the mid-$80Ks to low-$100Ks depending on base rate, overtime, and shift.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks independently
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting
• Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and plant standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or heavy mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes
• \Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• PLC experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using computers, meters, and measurement tools
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training
