Project Director - Power Construction Projects

Play an integral role in shaping and delivering major power generation projects that directly impact energy reliability and the transition to more sustainable systems. As a Project Director - Power, you will lead large-scale EPC/EPCM projects-specifically within simple cycle and combined cycle power construction-ensuring execution excellence from concept through commissioning. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, aligning project delivery with client objectives, and driving performance across multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-risk environments. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a major or mega-scale power project (or multiple complex programs), ensuring alignment with contractual, commercial, and operational requirements. This role exists to translate business strategy into project execution-balancing safety, cost, schedule, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable value.
