The Full-time Production Worker position in Camden, NJ contributes to the production team by ensuring all linen needs are met and quality and safety standards are upheld. The anticipated hourly rate for this position starts at $16.22/hr. with a .50 differential for 2nd shift and is commensurate with experience. What you will be doing:

• Inspect all linen items to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate small- and large-piece ironing machinery to process linen.
• Sort, stack, and prepare finished linen for storage or shipment in designated carts and shelving areas.

What you will bring to the role:

• Degree or diploma preferred, but we value practical experience. Applicants with equivalent work experience or skill-based backgrounds will be considered.
• A positive and goal-driven attitude with a desire to be a team player.
• Personal reliability and ability to follow routine instructions.
• Previous Production experience preferred but not required.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional Information:

2nd shift: Monday through Friday; 4:30pm-1am
