Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store personnel and management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe guest and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unsecured areas to help to deter loss and other unwanted activity.
• Support closing and opening procedures, assist with crowd and line monitoring during busy periods, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activity in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• This position may involve last minute shift scheduling through Branch Flex.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
