Description

Park Bank is hiring our next Consumer Loan Processor Lead, and we'd love to hear from you! In this role, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for consumer loans, supporting retail branch associates with new loan applications, overseeing the consumer loan pipeline, and partnering closely with Mortgage, Retail, Underwriting, and Compliance. You'll ensure consumer loan documents are delivered accurately and on time, assist with complex or sensitive loan files, and prepare key pipeline, HMDA, and change management reports for audits, exams, and leadership review.

This position also plays a critical role in administering the bank's Loan Operating System (LOS) for consumer loans, including managing users, workflows, integrations, product and rate updates, and regulatory thresholds. We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented and proactive and who's comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on work. Essential Functions & Duties

  • Present monthly and/or quarterly reports to VP Retail Loan Delivery associated with Pipelines, HMDA and Change Management
  • Serve as subject matter expert for bank consumer loan products
  • Responsible for ensuring consumer loan documents are delivered to clients and lenders accurately and within established timeframes
  • Responsible for the overall management of the Consumer Loan Pipeline, including oversight of other processors and ensuring deadlines and closing targets are met
  • Maintain Loan Operating System (LOS), including system hardware and software updates, rate changes, updated products, and form changes
  • Responsible for Regulatory Threshold Management within LOS
  • Developing and revising department procedures with VP Retail Loan Delivery to maximize efficiency, accuracy and client experience
  • Primary administrator for the bank's consumer loan operating system: manage users, workflows, integrations and updates
  • Building strong relationships with multiple internal departments and external vendors to ensure the LOS is functioning efficiently May help with any other tasks that arise within the processing department on an as needed basis

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in Consumer Processing or related work; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 1+ years administrative experience with applicable lending operating platforms

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary degree/classes
