This position will oversee Cancer Care at MaineHealth Waldo Hospitaland MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital

The Practice Supervisor in Cancer Care is responsible for overseeing administrative staff and coordinating daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows and optimal productivity. This role plays a key part in supporting a high-quality patient experience while fostering a positive environment for staff and providers.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required. Supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
