Political Client Finance Associate (2026 position) About Sage Media Sage Media is seeking a Political Client Finance Associate to join our team of collaborative, campaign-tested professionals. We are a full-service political media buying agency that works with Democratic candidates and committees across the country, partnering on everything from local city council races to statewide and national candidate and advocacy campaigns. We bring deep experience in all forms of media planning, from TV & radio to digital and everything in between. The Client Finance Associate will support the Senior Client Finance Director and Senior Client Finance Coordinator with managing the flow of political media funds & payments for our campaign clients. This position is fully remote and cycle-based through December 2026. Requirements Experience in maintaining day-to-day financial accounts strongly preferred. Excel proficiency required. Quick Books experience preferred. Political experience required. Campaign fundraising, finance, or compliance experience preferred. Excellent verbal and writing ability, skilled at communicating with campaign clients and media vendors in a professional manner. Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion. Proven multi-tasking ability. Highly organized, able to maintain meticulous records. Detail oriented - proven proficiency in maintaining a high level of accuracy. Ability to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Maintain / track political client payables & receivables in Quick Books and bank accounts. Campaign invoicing and invoice tracking. Create and send political media payments. Manage e-payment and delivery expense records. Assist with political finance reconciliation. Assist Client Finance Director as necessary. Salary and Benefits: The salary range is $55,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive end-of-cycle bonus Paid time off and Federal Holidays.
