This position plays a key role in strengthening internal processes, improving communication, and supporting consistent, high-quality services for persons served.

Starting wage: $23 per hour

Essential Functions of the position



    • Coordinate transportation logistics for persons served and staff
    • Manage and communicate schedule changes across services and teams
    • Support community employment check-ins and coaching efforts
    • Provide day-to-day operational support to Employment Services staff
    • Maintain audit-ready files in alignment with 245D, CARF, and DHS requirements
    • Monitor and track licensing incidents, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
    • Oversee MNITS functions, including service agreements and Rate Management Sheets
    • Stay current on DHS updates and ensure internal processes reflect regulatory changes
    • Manage Pavillio attendance and outcomes tracking
    • Track program data and generate reports to support decision-making and compliance
    • Assist in preparation for audits, reviews, and accreditation activities
    • Support onboarding and ongoing training for direct support staff
    • Conduct and track staff competency evaluations
    • Provide coaching and support to staff to promote best practices and person-centered approaches
    • Draft internal and external Employment Services communications
    • Support coordination between Employment Services, Operations, and HR teams
    • Serve as a resource to staff for process clarification and guidance
    • Support and coach staff in a professional and respectful manner
    • Other duties as assigned
