We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Facilities Management to oversee Environmental Services, Maintenance Operations, Life Safety Compliance, and overall facility operations at our Burlington, Vermont location. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, operational, compliant, and well-maintained for residents, staff, visitors, and regulatory agencies alike. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, responsive, organized, and capable of leading both people and processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
