Find your calling at Mercy! The Child Case Manager coordinates and advocates for children and families by identifying needs, connecting services, and supporting continuity of care. This role serves as a primary point of contact for families, providing guidance, resources, and support while collaborating with multidisciplinary partners and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across services. Position Details: Minimum Qualifications : Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 2 years' experience working with at risk children and or victims of family violence or a similar setting Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Social Services, or a related field Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish Certification: Infant and Child CPR First Aid(Center will provide CPR training/certification once hired). Experience: 2 years' experience working with at risk children and or victims of family violence or a similar setting Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: * Case management and service coordination * Child and family advocacy * Trauma informed care principles * Crisis intervention and de escalation techniques * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams * Documentation and record keeping accuracy Why Mercy?
