Blowmold Operator - 2nd Shift

Kemps is seeking experienced machine operators to join our team immediately. In this role, you will operate our plastic blow molding machines to produce high-quality containers safely and efficiently, following company guidelines.

Key responsibilities include monitoring conveyor lines, performing minor equipment repairs, and maintaining clear communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout our facility.

STARTING PAY FOR THIS ROLE: $28.97/hour

SCHEDULE: Second shift 4pm start time, Monday thru Saturday rotating 4x10 schedule, some Sunday work may be required

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required
