Position Summary The RA II will work on various projects under the direction of multiple principal investigators within IJR. IJR's mission is to develop and promote effective policy and practices to prevent mental health difficulties and relieve the mental health burden of children and families living in high poverty urban communities through research, teaching, and direct service. The research associate (RA) will support the research efforts of the ACCESS for Mental Health Lab, specifically a NIMH-funded study titled "Patient Navigators for Children's Community Mental Health Services in high Poverty Urban Communities," which examines the effectiveness of peer-support navigators in engaging families within children's mental health and social service systems. Benefits and Compensation: The previously determined salary range for this position is $23.10-$27.00/hour (commensurate with experience). We strive to provide a competitive salary, considering factors such as available market data, internal equity, candidate experience and qualifications. The final salary will be determined through a thorough assessment of these elements. This position is not eligible for benefits.
