Senior Employee Relations Specialist (Contract) - $57/hr

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This contract role partners closely with HR leadership and managers to enhance the employee experience while ensuring alignment with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations
  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Support HR operations within Workday, including organizational updates and termination processes
  • Partner with managers to resolve escalated HR concerns and policy-related issues
  • Analyze exit interview trends and provide strategic HR insights
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities
  • Assist with development and delivery of employee relations training programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years of employee relations or HR experience
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
