Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• 5+ years of experience building or maintaining heavy equipment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
• Experience with diesel engines, propulsion systems, or pneumatics preferred
• Manufacturing or rail industry experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
• Willingness to travel based on project needs

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and test electrical and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Install electrical components, wiring, harnesses, and cabling
• Cut, crimp, terminate, and route wiring through conduit systems
• Operate electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Disassemble and reassemble locomotive parts and assemblies
• Clean, sandblast, paint, and refurbish components
• Drill, tap, and complete mechanical assembly tasks
• Follow FRA safety procedures and company standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
