Manager seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Adobe AEM Librarian to manage, curate, and optimize our digital asset library within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is critical in ensuring that our creative, marketing, and technical teams have seamless access to well-organized, properly tagged, and compliant digital assets.

Job Description:

As part of the North American, Marketing Strategic Operations and Enablement Team, the role of Analyst, Digital Asset Management will support the Digital Asset Management in US and Canada, perform tasks related to asset ingestion, rights management, metadata integrity, end user access, training and support, and platform maintenance.

Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day work efforts to organize and categorize all content within the DAM Process incoming assets, maintain quality control of assets

* Catalogue assets, metadata management, and optimize metadata

* Manage asset license and rights information, publish assets

* Manage and respond to incoming requests

* Provide end user support, such as but not limited to assist with access, troubleshooting issues, training, and asset search

* Support agencies in US and Canada

* Lead user access management and provide monthly reporting

* Develop and maintain training documentation and facilitate training sessions, both in person and virtually

* May assist in evaluating, integrating and testing with other marketing related technologies to deliver process and productivity gains

* Provide support to test system functions

* Support requirements gathering for enhancements, advocating for the users to ensure system is user-friendly and intuitive

Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

1. End user access management and user support for AEM Assets

a. Access troubleshooting

i. Adobe Admin Console and Active Directory (i.e. basic back-end troubleshooting)

ii. First line of support for end users access issues (i.e. front-end troubleshooting/tech support)

b. Train users on how to use the platform

i. Including update existing and creating new training documents and job aids

c. Track requests, provide reporting and analysis using tracking data to identify process improvements

d. Provide user front line user support for platform issues, answer user questions

2. Asset processing

a. Asset ingestion (process incoming assets)

b. Metadata management, including managing AEM Assets metadata schemas

c. Asset expiry and removal

d. Pull asset use reports, provide data analysis from reports to identify platform enhancements

e. Adhoc asset hygiene and maintenance work

3. Asset search

a. Respond to asset search requests

i. Find assets, often with limited information provided

4. Attend agile ceremonies, create and update Jira tickets, work with lead librarian

5. Support platform enhancement work, as assigned

Must-Have Hard Skills:

(must be able to demonstrate)

1. Adobe AEM Assets or other DAM platforms experience

2. Adobe Admin Console / Adobe platform access management experience

3. Active Directory & Service Now experience

4. Metadata management experience

5. Library sciences or records and information management education or experience

6. Data retention schedules and policies (experience with is preferred, knowledge only may be acceptable)

7. Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence experience

Must have

* Experience with information organization such as tagging content, metadata, and cataloguing taxonomy

* Intermediate knowledge of creative workflows and file formats

* Knowledge of talent contracts, rights management and media usage rights

* Knowledge of digital asset management platforms

* Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)

* High technical acumen, problem solving skills, flexible and self-motivated

* Experience working with technology teams and developers

* Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, manage change and ambiguity

* Ability to work independently and part of a team

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Experience

* Working with marketing teams, creative studios, and/or multimedia content

* Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.

* Experience translating business needs into technology requirements.

* Experience in/or knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies, and user acceptance testing.

* Experience with Adobe AEM Sites and Assets, Adobe Workfront, Jira and Confluence.

Internal

* Experience with rights management (licenses, copyrights, usage rights, release forms).

* Knowledge or background in information and records management and/or library sciences.

* Analytical and creative mindset.

* Knowledge of UX best practices.

Education/Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent or a combination of education and experience.

* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as it relates to working with content management, digital asset management systems, or records and information management.

* Sound understanding of taxonomy, metadata standards and tagging required.
