Interested in a career that matters?

Join us as our new Senior Industry Coordinator!

At Novonesis, we believe solutions rooted in biology can help solve some of the world's biggest challenges. As part of our Food & Beverage BioSolutions business in North America, the Senior Industry Coordinator plays a critical role enabling our commercial and technical teams to deliver impact for customers across Baking, Beverage, and New Foods & Protein (with occasional Dairy support).

This is a highimpact, proactive coordination role designed for an experienced professional who thrives in complex commercial and technical environments. Rather than reacting to requests, you will anticipate needs, shape outcomes, and raise standards for how meetings, events, and engagements - internal and external - are planned and executed.

You will act as a trusted operational partner to sales, technical, and leadership teams, helping ensure alignment, consistency, and highquality execution while reducing administrative and cognitive load for key stakeholders.

Key areas of impact include:
  • Leading the planning and execution of highimpact internal meetings, offsites, customer engagements, and industry events

  • Shaping agendas, formats, and meeting flow to improve clarity, decisionmaking, and engagement

  • Anticipating stakeholder needs related to customer visits, leadership travel, business reviews, and planning cycles

  • Acting as a connector across Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, R&D, and Leadership to ensure the right people, information, and materials are aligned

  • Driving consistent standards for meeting preparation, followthrough, and continuous improvement

  • Providing trusted, highjudgment administrative and operational support to senior commercial and technical leaders

What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project or Program Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in senior coordination, operations, program support, or executive support roles

  • Proven ability to operate with high autonomy, sound judgment, and strong anticipation of needs

  • Experience supporting complex, crossfunctional commercial and/or technical teams

  • Strong executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders and external partners

  • Ability to manage complex scheduling, prioritization, and coordination across time zones and functions

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed for event coordination

Additional Skills and Interests We Value
  • Experience in food, beverage, ingredients, or industrial B2B environments

  • Proven track record of independently running complex meetings or multiday events

  • Experience acting as a trusted partner and thought partner - not just an order taker

  • Systems thinking with the ability to identify dependencies and downstream impacts

  • Executivelevel communication, discretion, and professionalism

  • Confidence to make decisions within defined guardrails

  • Serviceoriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability

What We Offer
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior commercial and technical leaders

  • A role with real influence on how work gets done and how teams operate

  • A collaborative, inclusive culture grounded in trust, respect, and accountability

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within a global organization

  • The chance to contribute to solutions that enable better lives through biology

Ways of Working
  • Primarily officebased or hybrid work, depending on location and team needs

  • Regular interaction with senior leaders and external partners

  • Occasional travel (up to 15%) to support events, meetings, and customer engagements
