ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Provide friendly greetings and customer service to visitors and employees on the Mouser campus. Assist employees with flat tires, tire changes, battery jumps, etc.
  • Assess and effectively communicate any changes in the physical condition of the property. Monitor and maintain parking lots. Work with Human Resources on parking issues. Prepare parking lots for events; Groups of visitors, food trucks, etc.
  • Work to achieve & maintain overall curb appeal standards for the Company.
  • Maintain common areas and entry-ways in each building.
  • Monitor and report any issues with exterior, i.e. lighting, landscaping, flags, and sprinkler system.
  • Power wash entries/parking spaces, periodically cleaning of glass, doors and windows in all entrances.
  • Ensure that grounds are free from trash, receptacles are kept clean and trash picked up consistently throughout the day.
  • General pest control
  • Periodically operate the company shuttle van to safely transport employees between designated parking areas and the main facility.
  • Maintain company shuttle van including fueling and cleaning.
  • Maintain positive relationships with contractors/vendors.
  • Troubleshoot and conduct maintenance and repairs.
  • Set-up, clean and maintain outdoor patio area and grills. Maintain grill reservations and prep/set-up for team patio events. Monitor weather.
  • Assist with interior general maintenance - painting, simple carpentry, assist other maintenance staff on projects.



SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS




  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to work outside for long periods of time
  • Painting, and basic carpentry
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties
  • Ability to drive golf cart or ATV in and around heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic areas.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to use a Smart Phone and use company email system.
  • The employee may occasionally perform duties which require working near high speed vehicles.
  • Ability to work at heights, and require climbing, using ladders/lift, bending and stooping in confined areas. Lift training will be provided.
  • Must be able to work at least two weekend days per month and some overtime will be required.



Position will require work outdoors in all types of weather and a mobile smart phone will be provided.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


  • High School diploma or GED preferred
