The Role

Do you enjoy operating in the gray, and defining business strategy based on insights? Join Alight as the Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Systems, a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for architecting the operational, analytical, and go-to-market (GTM) foundation that enables scalable, data-driven growth within an enterprise health services technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Build a unified marketing analytics program with reproducible reporting, automated dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks for real-time information distribution

  • Deliver executive-level insights influencing strategy and investment decisions.

Market Strategy & White Space Analysis

  • Lead TAM, market structure, and whitespace analyses to identify expansion opportunities.

  • Translate insights into actionable product and GTM recommendations.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineering

  • Oversee/Manage/Architect end-to-end GTM systems including funnel design, lifecycle workflows, qualification frameworks, and enablement paths.

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, FP&A, and Customer Success to ensure lifecycle alignment.

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack to ensure scalability, data integrity, compliance, and seamless system integration.

  • Establish operational frameworks, governance models, and performance management processes to support predictable revenue growth.

  • Lead attribution strategy, funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement across all channels and segments.

Win/Loss & Strategic Insights

  • Build and manage a comprehensive win/loss program.

  • Present insights to senior leadership and drive alignment on actions.

Pricing Strategy & Offer Support

  • Partner with Product and Finance to support pricing architecture and monetization strategy.

  • Support offer experiments and scenario modeling.

Leadership

  • Manage, coach and lead through transformation your direct report team members. These technology operations/marketing operations pros are fluent in systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, Clay, Zapier, Qualified, 1mind, Power BI, and more.

  • Lead from the front with an AI-first mindset; test and learn, scale and optimize using insights, technology, and tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

  • Advanced analytical skills and experience in regulated or healthcare-related industries preferred.

Work Environment

Remote-first role with periodic travel required. Alight is proud to be headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

285,000.00 USD

Maximum :

300,000.00 USD
