Job Title: Production Support Electrical Engineer
Location: Tucson, AZ
Zip Code: 85701
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $78.93 /hr.
Start Date: Immediate
Shift: 3rd -3pm to 12am
Active US Secret Clearance REQUIRED

What You Will Do:
* Support production to resolve issues and keep the hardware builds moving forward.
* Make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution.
* Be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds.
* Continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way.
* Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions
* Maintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boards
* Diagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis tools
* Evaluate defect and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failures
* Collaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environments

Qualifications You Must Have
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
* Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems
* Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc.
* Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications We Prefer:
* Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware
* Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practices
* Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domains
* Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversight
