Supervisor, Supply Chain

How You'll Make an Impact

• Supervise CPE andmaterialswarehouses, implementing operational procedures and monitoring performance indicators
• Recruit, train and guide warehouse staff while managing assignments and performance
• Coordinate supply chain operations to meet service agreements and ensure uninterrupted materials flow
• Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize excessstockand uphold workplace safety and compliance standards
• Collaborate with logistics providers and oversee equipment maintenance, security and budget adherence

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, fluctuating indoor temperatures and periodic high noise levels
• Physical ability to bend, squat, kneel andlift upto 80lbs
• Frequent travel between assigned locations

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent or at least 3 years ofdirectly relatedwork experience

Experience

• 3+yearsofwarehouse experience
• 2+yearsofinventory or warehouse application experience

Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Communicate clearly with employees,customersand suppliers in person, by phone and in writing
• Prioritize workloads and handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Maintainaccuraterecords
• Operate Microsoft Office Suite andbar-codingequipment
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouseoperationsand basic mathematics

• Valid driver's license
• Forklift safety certification
