Operating within the Office of Corporate Communication, this role ensures that all engagements-whether internal ceremonies, leadership events, or large-scale external exhibitions, are executed with precision, professionalism, and adherence to Navy protocol.

Events and exhibitions are not simply logistical functions; they are strategic communication platforms that reflect the Navy's core values of honor, courage, and commitment. They provide opportunities to educate, build trust, foster partnerships, and reinforce the Command's identity with audiences ranging from internal personnel to senior leadership, industry partners, government officials, and the public.

This role requires a balance of operational excellence, protocol expertise, creative vision, and stakeholder coordination to deliver seamless, impactful experiences that align with Command priorities and enhance organizational reputation.

  • Logistics & Operations Oversight: Manage all logistical aspects including venue coordination, audiovisual requirements, transportation, security access, equipment, and on-site execution.
  • Resource Allocation & Efficiency: Allocate personnel, equipment, and budget resources effectively to prevent duplication of effort and ensure cost-efficient execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with Government representatives, leadership offices, communication teams, technical experts, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of all engagements.
  • Brand Alignment & Messaging Integration: Ensure all events and exhibitions reinforce Navy branding, messaging, and identity, integrating multimedia elements such as digital signage, video, and graphics where appropriate.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to security protocols, safety requirements, and regulatory standards. Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans for dynamic or high-visibility environments.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop event plans, run-of-show documents, and required deliverables. Track execution, maintain records, and report outcomes, metrics, and lessons learned.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate event and exhibition performance through feedback and metrics, applying insights to improve future planning and execution.
