Job Type: Full-time 40Hrs/weekly

Schedule: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps support programs that make a difference in the community. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead staff, maintain production and sales goals, and create a positive shopping and donation experience for customers and donors.

What You'll Do

* Supervise, train, and support store employees

* Manage store scheduling, staffing, and daily operations

* Oversee donation processing, pricing, merchandising, and sales floor presentation

* Monitor and communicate daily production and sales goals

* Ensure excellent customer service and donor relations

* Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies

* Handle cash management, deposits, and register procedures

* Work with Regional Management to improve store operations and performance

* Support onboarding and training completion for new employees

* Help maintain inventory control and minimize product loss
