Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s). Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills. Strong communications and human relations skills. Preferred Qualifications: The posting will close on Monday, May 18, 2026, 5:00PM CDT.
