Job Description: North America Casualty Manager Huntsman is seeking a North America Casualty Manager supporting the Global Risk Management and Insurance Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Director, Global Risk Management and Insurance. Job ScopeThe North America Casualty Manager is responsible for the strategic management of the organization's casualty insurance programs across the United States and Canada. This role provides subject-matter expertise across general liability, auto liability, workers' compensation, umbrella/excess liability, and related casualty risks, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management objectives, contractual obligations, and operational realities. This role has primary accountability for Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs) supporting construction projects, maintenance turnarounds, and large-scale plant work, ensuring effective risk transfer, claims governance, and regulatory compliance. The role partners closely with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, EHS, Legal, Procurement, and Finance, as well as external brokers, carriers, and OCIP administrators, to manage complex casualty risks inherent in chemical manufacturing environments while optimizing total cost of risk.
