Overview
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Human Resources in Greenwood Village, CO. This leadership role will drive strategic priorities into operational reality. The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to the Physician Board, Executive Director, and Directors of Administrative and Clinical Operations, shaping and stewarding the organization's culture, talent strategy, and workforce engagement. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide employee engagement efforts, including analysis, and the development and execution of impactful action plans that strengthen organizational health and performance. As the "keeper of the culture," the Director ensures alignment between values, leadership behaviors, and employee experience, proactively driving initiatives that support engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This is a highly strategic leadership position, focused on influencing outcomes, advising senior stakeholders, and enabling long-term success. The Director also provides oversight of the recruiting function, guiding workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy, while partnering with a capable team of HR Generalists who manage day-to-day operations and execution. Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certification, etc. A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, and certifications as compared to others doing substantially similar work. While all offers are compliant with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, there is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
