Aquent is seeking a Corporate Trainer (Learning Facilitation Professional) to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive training programs for a premier healthcare client. This role is responsible for facilitating both instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (vILT) training sessions that drive employee development and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive educator who can engage diverse learners, analyze program effectiveness, and adapt training methods to meet evolving organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training courses for internal employees and external audiences across various platforms (ILT and vILT).
  • Program Implementation: Plan and coordinate all aspects of training programs, including the selection of appropriate instructional materials and the management of online learning resources.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Audit training records to ensure all employees meet mandatory company, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Evaluation & Analysis: Analyze course evaluations and feedback to measure training effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements to the curriculum.
  • Strategic Alignment: Maintain a deep understanding of departmental and organizational goals to ensure training outcomes support broader business objectives.
  • Independent Execution: Determine appropriate courses of action in varied and occasionally ambiguous situations with minimal direction.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in training delivery or learning development.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Mindset: A strong passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing the consumer experience.


Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Education: Master's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Instructional Design: Solid understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE or SAM models).
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using a diverse array of digital training tools (LMS, polling software, or virtual whiteboards) to facilitate large, remote audiences.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or organizational processes.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
