About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our e-commerce experience. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams across technology, design, analytics, and business to deliver impactful digital features that enhance the customer journey and drive measurable results.

You'll support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, helping define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution in an agile environment.


What You'll Do

  • Partner with engineering, UX/design, and business stakeholders to deliver new digital product features
  • Define and document business requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support product roadmap execution and feature prioritization
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases
  • Analyze customer behavior, site performance, and product metrics to inform decisions
  • Collaborate on launch planning and go-to-market readiness for new features


What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within ecommerce or retail
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum processes
  • Strong experience writing user stories, business requirements, and supporting UAT
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and customer-facing digital experiences
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Tools & Technology

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM/ecommerce platforms) preferred


Work Environment

  • Hybrid work model with a mix of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility
