Description

We are seeking an Administrative Manager of School Based Services to join our team.

Salary Range: $44,000 - $52,000

This role will oversee the school's day-to-day operations and assist, as part of the school leadership team, with implementation of strategic initiatives to grow school admissions as well as further good relationships with contracting districts and parents. The role reports to the Senior Director of Education Programs & Services and has one direct report.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Collaborate with the Director of Student Services and Clinical Manager to ensure the day treatment program intake & discharge process and relevant documentation have been completed
  • Maintain ongoing communication with district representatives and track all correspondence to ensure timely delivery of required reports, notices, and program updates
  • Create and maintain accurate databases, admission lists, referrals, class assignments, and demographic records for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure the student contracts are prepared and emailed to the districts and sent to CoC's Revenue Cycle Manager
  • Ensures financial eligibility is verified and documented in Avatar at the start of service delivery for each student.
  • Administers medication to students in the absence of the school nurse
  • Maintains the monthly census data for reporting purposes
  • Track various day treatment data for annual reports, grant reports, etc.
  • Prepare monthly census reports for Day Treatment Program
  • Compose and issue notifications to parents regarding school events, AMI days, snow days, etc.
  • Receive, securely manage, and distribute MAP and MAPA test tickets, and coordinate the testing schedule.
  • Provide direct supervision to the Administrative Assistant and deliver consistent daily backup coverage to ensure continuous office operation
  • In Collaboration with the Director of Student Services, annually update/revise the Cornerstone of Care Learning Academy Handbook for Students and Staff.
  • Maintain quarterly report card due dates and ensure report cards are mailed to families and school districts in a timely manner.
  • May drive up to 20 miles in one day to purchase needed items for the Learning Academy
  • Assist BIST and Build Trybe on clerical tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative management experience and the following:



  • High school diploma, required
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
  • A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
