Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

(7:00 AM - 7:10 PM) (7:00 PM - 7:10 AM) 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule Working Every Other Week

Every shop needs someone to run the machines - and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks.

Bring to the Table:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts
• Ability to multitask and monitor several processes at once
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay focused in a repetitive production setting
• Commitment to safety, productivity, and quality
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing production needs

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line operations to ensure bottles receive correct lids, spouts, and labels
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or production issues
• Perform palletizing and prepare finished products for shipment
• Operate and maintain box-making machinery, including loading cardboard materials
• Perform minor troubleshooting and report equipment or production concerns
• Monitor multiple production areas simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area
• Follow all company safety and production procedures
