• 2 year associate degree
• CAD experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of Inventor preferred
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, engineering concepts, and site plans
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create detailed proposal, contract, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, Excel, and custom software programs
• Review site plans, engineering specifications, and design information to determine dimensions and project requirements
• Perform calculations and prepare bills of material as needed
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and customer service teams to support project execution
• Prioritize multiple projects and meet established deadlines
• Review drawings for accuracy and maintain company CAD standards
• Develop and maintain standard and custom drawing details for product lines
• Communicate with fabrication plants, structural engineers, precasters, and commercial operations teams
• Assist with reviewing precaster drawings and support field or manufacturing visits when required
