What to Expect The SiteSuperintendent will work closely with members of the Construction Management, Design Engineering, Facility Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facility Operation, and Production Operation departments from planning, through installation and the start of production.As part of the EPC group, this team is focused on designing, collaborating, and buildingmany industry-changinginfrastructurewhilesupportingcritical vehicleand AIprogramswithprimaryfocus on site development and ground-up infrastructure.This team-member will supervise all on-site construction including scheduling of trade contractors,hosting daily coordination meetings,resolving day-to-day construction issues, performing day-to-day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule. They will also be responsibleto ensurethe quality of the work being performed by contractors or team members in the field. What You'll Do Manage all on-site construction activities for scope of responsibility Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals,jobsite personnel, and Project Manager Drive the project schedule and elevate construction issues to management Develop and communicatelogisticsand other operational plans necessary, including Quality Assurance Inspections Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations Perform daily and weekly site progress reports Maintain an organized, clean, & safejobsite.
