POSITION OVERVIEW:
Supports the expanding service needs of the Account Establishment & Maintenance (AE&M) team during and after the separation period. The role will support the Sales and Solutions teams across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico by handling ongoing activities such as account creation and maintenance, ad hoc requests, and CHT change requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide account creation services for Sales & Solutions teams across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
2. Ensure accurate and timely setup of customer accounts in accordance with established procedures
3. Support customer requests received through the LTL Select online and voice channels
4. Perform ongoing account maintenance activities for Sales & Solutions teams across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
5. Process account updates, including CHT changes, to ensure data accuracy and compliance
6. Ensure requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and within service level expectations
7. Support separation-related initiatives, including but not limited to reviewing accounts for archival eligibility, cleaning up and maintaining CHT hierarchies, creating CACs and Grands as required, assisting with testing new tools and processes and reviewing and validating data for the 7-to-3 conversion initiative
8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education
* High school diploma or GED.

Minimum experience
* Eighteen (18) months of experience in accounts set up and maintenance, customer service and/or related field

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to quickly learn and apply AE&M business requirements, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Capable of rapidly onboarding to account establishment and maintenance tools, workflows, and controls while maintaining alignment with business and compliance objectives.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening, to clearly communicate with offshore vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of employees and management, and with teams operating across diverse cultures and geographies.
* Ability to work independently to manage assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to meet service and quality expectations
